- Module 1: Introduction to Effective Leadership and ManagementWelcome to ITIL4 Monitor, Support & Fulfil (MSF) course. This is the module one of the course, At the end of this course, participants will: Understand the key concepts of the Monitor, Support, and Fulfil (MSF) practices: Service Desk (SD), Service Request Management (SRM), Monitoring and Event Management (MEM), Incident Management (INM) and Problem Management (PRM). Have knowledge of the processes of the MSF practices. Know the roles and competences of the MSF practices. Understand how information and technology support and enable the MSF practices. Recognize the role of partners and suppliers in the MSF practices. Understand how the ITIL capability model can be used to develop the MSF practices. Know how the ITIL guiding principles support the MSF practices. Prepare for ITIL 4 Monitor, Fulfil and Support (MSF) Exam.1
