Understand service performance, service quality and improvement methods. Recognize the value of ITIL Practices to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services. Be prepared for ITIL® 4 CDS Certification exam.1
- ITIL4 - Critical Success Factors of IT Service ManagementWelcome to the module two of this course focusing on Critical Success Factors of IT Service Management. At the end of this module, you will: • Understand the concepts and challenges across the service value system. • Know how to use a ‘shift left’ approach. • Plan and manage resources in the service value system. • Recognize the value and apply the use of information and technology across the service value system.2
- ITIL4 - Value Streams to Create, Deliver & Support ServicesThis is the module 3 of the course focusing on Value Streams to Create, Deliver & Support Services. At the end of this module, you will: • Know how to use a value stream to design, develop and transition new services. • Understand how certain ITIL practices contribute to a value stream for a new service. • Apply a value stream in providing user support. • Understand how certain ITIL practices contribute to a value stream for user support.2
- ITIL4 - Managing Work & Sourcing ConsiderationsThis is the module 4 part of the course focusing on Managing Work & Sourcing Considerations. At the end of this module, you will: • Know the methods for minimizing queues. • Understand the need for prioritizing work. • Know the different techniques to prioritize work. • Understand the contexts fitting for both the buy and build decision. • Understand common sourcing models. • Understand the concept and models for service integration and management.2
